I have a client that when they are trying to post in payment entrty for certain payers the form is disappearing. This is only happening to 2 users and there are multiple users in that security group with the same secrutity criteria. Also they use a citix enviroment.

dual monitors? Is this happening only on the slave monitor? If the window is opened in the slave monitor by default there are some billing screens which refuse to paint. If the same screen is opened on the main monitor and then dragged over to the slave then this doesn't happen.

- What version of Centricity? On some older versions clearing the UI Layout works.
- What Version of Citrix? A very known issue with 6.5, deleting the Citrix user profile should fix this.
- If all fails give them new Centricity accounts, just make sure to transfer over any flags/documents to the new account. Little harder for provider profiles but can still be done.
