Good morning,
I'm attempting to upgrade our Citrix environment that hosts Centricity 12.2.0 from Windows Server 2008 to Server 2012 R2 in preparation for our Centricity upgrade to 12.3.1. The issue that I'm seeing on 2012 (And on my own Windows 10 machine when I install CPS locally) is that when going to Administration > Insurance > Insurance Carriers the Address and City fields will be grey until they are moused over. In addition, once a carrier is selected in order to edit them, several fields are gray until the cursor is moved over them. These fields do have data in them and they are able to be seen after moving the cursor over them. I've noticed that this occurs sometimes in Registration, but for the insurance carriers it occurs every time.
So far I've been able to reproduce this on Server 2012 R2 with Centricity 12.2.0 utilizing Citrix or RDP. Server 2012 R2 with Centricity 12.3.0 utilizing Citrix or RDP. Windows 10 with Centricity 12.2.0.
Has anyone else experienced this or something similar in server 2012 or Windows 10?
Thank you kindly!
This is a known issue in CPS 12.3 (possibly just SP2, not sure)- Citrix or RDP the issue is the same. I'm not sure on SPR # but we also have this occurring so you are not alone.
This occurs in 12.2.0 as well but not on our Server 2008 machines, just 2012 and windows 10. I'm hoping this isn't something that just has to be 'lived with' as it could cause things to be overlooked.
We are encountering this issue as well with CPS 12.3 SP1 running on Windows 10 and Server 2012 R2. Were you able to identify a solution at all?
As of yet there's no solution. After several back and forth conversations with Virence it was determined that this is a known issue (SPR69904). Even though in their documentation they state that at minimum Server 2012 R2 is to be used in a Citrix environment, we were given the green light to use Server 2008 R2.
