Hello,
I just wanted to check if anyone else is having this issue. Our Providers order CPT codes in the chart, and attach the ICD-10 codes to the chart. Once our billing staff creates the ticket, the Diagnoses Codes are suddenly in the wrong order. I spoke with AthenaHealth today, and they could replicate it on CPS 13.4, 19.1 and 20.0.
If you are seeing this issue and your billing staff is going crazy, please report the issue to AthenaHealth. So far, only 1 other Centricity site has reported this, and the more sites that report, the faster they will work on a fix.
