Since Oct 1st, 2015, we are experiencing at least 3 times where 1/2 of the ICD10 codes or random range of codes (r-z, as an example) will disappear from the Centricity database. We will reload the codes but after 3 times, we are now expecting they may disappear again. Is anyone experiencing the same thing and any ideas what may be causing this? GE has not been able to resolve. Any feedback is appreciated.
