We are using the HTML form for immunizations in the EMR.
Our state registry requires the LOT number and we're finding in some entries it doesn't "stick" so we have failed immunizations reporting to the state.
We *think* this may be when the lot number is selected from the drop down vs manually entering.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

You are absolutely correct in saying that the LOT # doesn't stick if manually entered. It only sticks if they are selecting one that was previously added in the Lot Management (LM) section.
We also are struggling with getting clean messages to be sent to our State Immunization Registry. We have entered a Service Request with GE to make some fields on this screen mandatory and not allow the user off the screen until they enter the data.
