We have two new providers and two old issues resurfacing. We are on C-EMR and on version 9.8.11. We have one provider that every time he orders labs or x-rays rather than the order status being in process it automatically goes to Admin Hold, our setup is to have it go to in-process. Any idea why this is happening?
Second issue is another provider enters lab test orders and when they print some requisitions print blank and some print the lab test. I am at a totally lose on this one so any help would be great.
On the former issue, have you checked how the location of care he is working in is set up in regards to defaults for printing orders. As to the latter, I don't have an idea on that one.
I have seen the first issue with the Orders going to Admin Hold instead of In Process, when the user is having printer problems through Citrix. Not sure how to fix it, but if I can get them to a different server, then it usually helps.
