Taking a chance on CHUG as I cannot get ahold of anyone at GE support--yet.
Starting this morning, every patient's registration is displaying the following popup:
Master Patient Index Import Critical Errors
The plugin license key has not been approved for Millbrook Master Patient Index. Please contact Product Support at (800) Good-Luck-Getting-Anyone-To-Answer
We are a CPS shop, and have no registration interfaces, registries, etc. that integrate into our system in Registration.

Fix from GE:
Go to Administration -> System -> Application
In the "Global Master Patient Index Plug-In" section, change the dropdown to "(none)", click Save.
NOTE: This is what fixed the issue for us... your mileage may vary.
