When printing out prescriptions or clinical reports in Medication Management, the text is cut off on the margins. Does anyone know a fix for this problem?
I think I recall seeing a previous post on this but I can't find it.

We worked with Athena on this issue and the only workaround was to print in landscape. Misty

Yes, the fix for us is to print in landscape orientation instead of portrait. It doesn't change anything other than fixes that problem. You can also download as PFDF and print- it does not do it there. And they did talk to us about our drivers but that did not fix anything for us.

I believe our IT team was able to install new drivers and that fixed it for us. Our printers are Dell's for the most part.
