I am looking at a patient with fifteen items on the Medication tab, but when in an office visit and open the "Update Medications" form, only see seven. Have seen this with other patients very intermittently.
Anyone else notice this, or have knowledge of a setting/fix?
Some of the missing items are recent - with prescription refills listed.

From the chart / Medications module - are you displaying "All Items", or "Active Only"?
"Update Medications" will only display active medications.
I am clicked on "Active Only", and there are even more if I select the other "All Items".
Yes we had that same issue. We are on 12.0.12.2500 and have not seen that issue so far. When it happens you have to go edit the newest med you added.

Does anyone have a temporary fix for this?
I noticed when I started a new update the Medications Module showed all of the meds. It is just during this one particular visit that is still on hold, where it is not showing all of the medications.
Any ideas on how to correct?
