While in process of upgrading RDP servers to 2012 R2 in order to upgrade from 12.0 to 12.2. We have notice that the scroll wheel is not working in the billing module. It works on problem list and in the chart.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a work around?

We have noticed many glitches while using a 2012 R2 RDP server on 12.0. It is not a supported OS for that version of Centricity, but works with a few issues. We have found refresh issues in the schedule and the orders module, but haven't used the billing module on this particular RDP server.

We just upgraded to CPS 12.2 and our billers our now using a 2012 terminal server and are very upset that while the scroll wheel works in other components it does NOT work in the billing window!
What is odd, is that if you go to control panel > Mouse settings, the options for a wheel do not even show!
