Looking to see if anyone can assist me with trying to determine why some order flags that the staff never received when the providers create orders they typically go into a referral worklist. Some of them have been completing automatically even if the duration is set correctly.

Make sure the provider or staff is not changing the Disposition Field on the lower left hand side of the Orders Details tab. Changing an Admin Hold to an In-process I believes doesn't not send a flag to the nurse bin. That wouldn't explain the auto completing however.
