Since updating to 12 SP 11 the auto print associated with signing off orders in a document or phone note is printing the Test Form with age only, most of the time. I have contacted GE twice and they looked at settings and suggested it could be print drivers, however we have uninstalled and reinstalled on a user and the problem continues. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but would appreciate any help if you have.

Are you saying that your Orders many times are printing with only the patient age and then the rest of the Order is blank? If so, we have a similar issue, where many times our Orders just print out a blank page. GE states that this is a known issue and has told us that the workaround is to print the Orders from the Orders Module, do not let them autoprint when signing a Chart Document as this gives us the blank Order.
Yes, that is exactly what is happening and the Nurses right now are going back in the document to print the Order, but they are afraid they are going to forget to go back.
THANK YOU, I have been researching, testing, and reading everything I can to see if there is some setting that was changed because both calls to GE were not even close to what you got. Just had to get the right person.
How do you get the auto print to turn off?
Sign and print the Orders from the Orders Module prior to signing the Chart Document, is what our providers are doing.

SR # 1-795648895 and I have been told that it is associated with known issue SPR # CISDB00065353. No GE has only let us know that it is a known issue, tied our ticket to the SPR, and gave us the work around, no additional information received.
