I have had a couple of occurrences of newly added meds not showing in the prescription form. This is not a problem I have been able to re-create. It is only in the current update that they will not show. If you start a new note they will be there even if the original is not signed.
I was just curious if anyone else has seen this problem in their environment.

We have seen this before. There are 2 known issues with refreshing issues with that form.
CISDB00062287 & CISDB00051161.
Because of this, we train our providers to only use that form to refill a Rx that exists in the chart before the update (refill only). Add/Change/Stop (and send) - all do within the Medications button at the top of the update - that will open the medications window of GE.
We also have the same problem. I was given the SPR 62287, but wasn't given the other one that DV1I1501 mentions.
