Has anyone had trouble with their audit reports? We are currently using Version 12.0.11.2254. Since our last update, we have not been able to see who is printing scan documents and when you try to run any audit reports and select all users it only gives you user names up to the "J".
I believe that this is the same issue we are seeing, but it's not just reports, any time you try to select a user from any drop-down list it only goes so far in displaying the list, ours stops at 'G'. It also affects the Prescriptions form (provided by GE) and Flags; if we try to lookup users in either, we can only scroll to 'G' and that is it. GE states that this is a known issue and there is an SPR for it, SPR CISDB00065346.
There is a script that GE has that you can run to expand the amount of users you see on the list. I believe I read somewhere they restricted the number to help with load time.
