I have updated the problems CCC form with ICD 10 codes however when I try to add a problem, instead of adding the problem it opens the problem search dialogue box to the smart list. Has anyone seen this behavior or been able to edit this form successfully?
Thanks
Cheryl
We are experiencing the same thing and were told that ccc1.2 would fix that.
If you are not on the ICD 10 compliant version of CCC I found it does not work and does open the list. If you are on the ICD10 compliant version then your 10 codes should work.
thanks!
hi, see below on how to add the ICD10, needs to be type this way in order to add the code and not go to the Problem Search.
ccc_Adult_Prob_exec("Cradle Cap^ICD10-L21.0^^^")
Hi, I was working on updating the Problems-CCC form today and started running into this same issue. I've checked that the code is entered correctly, but when testing, it either brings up the Problem Search or does nothing. There are a few where I've specified a LIST, and it does bring up the correct custom list, but it's not consistent. We are still using CCC 8.3.8 with CCC Basic 1.1(?). What are the ICD-10 compliant versions of the CCC content? I'm guessing the most recent 9.1? Did the CCC Basic 1.2 fix this problem?
I am not sure, I have not had any troubles with the list. However we are on CCC 9.x combined with the 1.x basic, no patch yet. Maybe check the CCC-Problems form and see what version it is.
