Hi All -

We have been getting complaints from some of our users that from time to time, signed documents are displaying with RTF coding instead of in a nice, readable, formatted way. I have been unable to observe this in any On Hold or In Process documents; we have only gotten reports about it after the doctor has signed the note.

Has anyone ever seen this before or does anyone know what could cause this?

It has something to tdo with the DDID of the document. Our SQL guy figured that out after GE told me it was a known issue. He was able to rearrange it in the database and correct the note.

We have seen the use of special characters causes this. Anything outside of standard punctuation can cause this to happen.
