Good morning!
We've been running CPS 12.2 on Windows 7 for a while now and it's been okay, but just recently started rolling out some Windows 10 computers.
Everyone who has received one is having issues with seeing the buttons to the right of the requested meds (the pencil, ignore, and deny buttons).
The app is set up to open in IE11, and we've tried it both in and out of compatibility mode.
Anyone have any suggestions? We've stretched our inventory of Windows 7 machines as far as we can.
Thank you!
- Tina
Check under Display -> Scale and layout and make sure the section 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items' is set to 100%. We've had similar issues if that's set to anything other than 100%.

Thanks, Jon! I just tried that on the test computer and the window fits properly on the screen now, but the icons still aren't showing up. It's really weird!
Windows 10 will often default to a scaling option of 125%. You can manually change this as has been suggested. If the behavior returns, make sure your AD servers aren’t pushing out those settings to Windows 10 devices.
Make sure you have logged out and then back into windows, otherwise the settings won’t take.
We're still struggling with this, but incidentally discovered that the buttons are NOT gone - they just aren't displaying. If you hover over the "blank" area where the icons should be, the help text will display. You can click the blank space and the features work.
All signs point to something in the display settings, but I haven't the foggiest clue *what* yet.
