We upgraded to SP 11 and CCC Basic 1.3 last weekend. Now we have an issue with listboxes on the HPI-CCC form, Specialty-Specific tab. If a problem is selected, or changed, all of the checkbox lists fail to refresh. The labels above the listboxes refresh immediately. But users have to click on a different tab, then back on the Specialty-Specific tab to see the new contents of the lists.
I've traced the MEL code and the form appears to be behaving correctly, ie the proper _ccc variable is getting set, and in turn the temporary document variable containing the list contents gets set. This appears to be a failure of the visual element to refresh its contents from the document variable it is tied to.
I also tried rolling back the form to an earlier version with no success. I think it is a render issue in the Chart module. Does anyone else have this problem?
We have had this issue since SP10. We are on CCC 8.3.8 and Basic 1.1. I know our other clinic has the issue as well.
I understand from our Server Hosts and GE support that this is a known issue and there is an SPR for it.
We have CCC Basic 1.3 and CCC 9.1 and back on SP10, I initially had this issue when we first installed CCC Basic 1.3. The way I resolved it then was a complete reinstall of CCC Basic 1.2, then a reinstall of CCC Basic 1.3, then a reinstall of CCC 9.1. If you do not have the full CCC product then you should be able to skip that last step, but I definitely suggest trying the first 2 steps and by doing this I was able to resolve the issue.
The documentation for the SP11 stated that it had pieces in the CCC install files that had to be installed for SP11, so we did that and it turns out that it was CCC Basic 1.2, so when we went to SP11 we had to install CCC Basic 1.2 since the documentation stated to do so, and I again installed CCC Basic 1.3 overtop of that one. Haven't had this issue with SP11 at all.
So I believe that this is how this issue is resolved, CCC Basic 1.2 (SP11 Installation files if you've upgraded), then CCC Basic 1.3.
