Has anyone received an updated list of SPR's from GE? We do get the lists of fixes, during updates, but never a running list of items. Any help would be appreciated!

Wouldn't that be nice. I don't think the front lines of GE support gets that list either.
This was one of the top requests from CHUG in October 2014. I believe in the end they were going to try and create a way to show a list of all current known bugs with their SPR's. Whether or not they actually do this is unknown, but I hope we stay on top of them to get this completed. I lose many hours fighting over an error that I thought was on my end (and sometimes even told is on my end) but then finally find out that it was actually a known bug.
I doubt this will ever happen. For years, we have been asking GE to to provide a searchable knowledge base of known bugs so that we could attempt to trouble-shoot on our own without having to call support. A lot of customers made noise about this at the last CHUG, and it looks like the GE compromise was to publish a list of the Top 40 SPRs on the Service Portal.
A few time after CHUG Fall 14 I have seen a top 10 list somewhere - either here or on portal. But as of recent I have not been able to find it.
I just saw the top 10. When I looked at the top 40, it came up as a related document on the right-hand side.
I just emailed the author of the top 40 list asking to which version of Centricity it applied and if an updated top 40 list was forthcoming. I also asked for the entire defect list. It can't hurt to ask. 🙂
I put a list of my open tickets the titles started CEMR 9.8" on Bugs Fixes Open Cases. I put that out there so that everyone could have a location to enter their open or even closed tickets as well if there is resolution. It isn't designed for someone to realize there is a problem and do nothing about it, it is designed to cut through some of the steps and so if you have the problem too you can ask to be added to the SR or SPR. CHUG created this as a tool for us to use keep everyone in the loop.
Thank you for the reminder about the Top 40 SPRs, some of the items on that list have been a problem long before 9.8 though. If everyone can keep adding to the Bugs Fixes Open cases, we will have one place to look for issues.
I used to build my own GE KB with the email listsrv emails which were searchable with Outlook. When I heard we were moving to this new CHUG forum I was excited about the fact that it is using Wordpress because I have my own internal blog for IT use (CPS and everything else). On mine I can search on any key word in the subject line, body or keyword fields.
Why don't we start our own GE Customer KB here? We would just need to start a new forum. Just call it KB and we can all put our problems with solutions there and be able to search. I think it would immediately be helpful but would also get better over time. It would give us some troubleshooting assistance while we wait for support callbacks.

Sounds like a good idea. I am sure it would be a little easier to keep track of than this. I can add my tickets to it, but can't help with anything technical.
