Has anyone else had this issue or know what release this is going to be fixed? SPR# 61599
This is a huge problem for our doctors, some users get this issue multiple times a minute.

We get this a lot. Everytime you add an order the screen will resize and sometimes lose focus and go behind other screens.

Yes we are having this quite regularly here as well. It is aggrivating.

We are having the same window resizing issue. We have been told by our VAR that it is SPR 62420. Apparently GE is still trying to find the root cause. Our providers are stating that it is getting worse as time goes on.

This just started becoming a major issue for us all over the place. Users' love when we give them the favorite answer of "It's a known issue."

We are having this issue as well. Our physicians are very upset and very irritated that this is not fixed. I have also had a few physicians stating that the screen flickers and if dictating directly into the chart, they lose a few letters of their dictation. Which SPR is which issue? SPR 62420 vs SPR# 61599?

We too have this issue and it seems to be amplified after a CVS has been generated (prior to signing document to hand to the patient on the way out of the clinic). Jake

We are seeing these issues but have not diagnosed yet. I have little to contribute to the discussion but would like to be part of any updates as far as this SPR being repaired. I did not see anything for this in the 12.09 release notes.
Seeing this interrupt our voice recognition service is fairly new as I have not heard complaints about this until this week and then heard this from 3 users.

Is there any connection with this and Dragon Voice Recognition services? My doc's are beginning to report this but the primary example is when utilizing voice recognition. Is there a command that may be equating via the service to force a screen resize keystroke? I know Windows key up and down will toggle but wondering if something's being called accidentally.

We are on 12.0.9 now and are still having the issue, just as frequently. I believe this is slated for 12.2. We are getting this issue on workstations with and without Dragon. We can't seem to find anything that is causing the issue or anyway to make it happen less often.

We are also having this issue with one of our Doctors. Screen flickers and she looses part of her A & P on the note. We have an open ticket with Centricity and we were told that SP10 update would fix some of these errors. We updated this past weekend to 10, so far we havent had any flickering but I am not sure if the update actually fixed this. I am going to give it a few more days.

I am on SP10 and it is happening a lot to our providers.
