As of late, we have had 3 different users (2 from one location) receive errors when they attempt to send a referral while using the messaging tab. They can select the patient and the document to send, but when clicking the send button, they get a technical difficulty error in Logician.
Does anyone know how to fix this, or what causes it ? It did not happen the next day for the first user, but now is showing for the second straight day for the other 2.
An unexpected error has occurred.
It mentions filegroup / setting autogrowth. The user cleaned out their sent folders, so that is not causing the error. We are baffled. It is currently only happening to 2 users today.

I have seen something similar to this error when trying to send secure messages on a patient's chart that is marked sensitive.
I'm not sure if that's what you've got going on here, but we have to uncheck the senstive chart checkbox in registration, send the message, and then re-check the sensitive checkbox to get around it.
