Does anyone know if GE has an SPR for the Service Providers not printing on Internal Referrals?
The Service Providers prints on the external referral but not the internal and it's a known GE issue. I looked but could not find one.

I opened a case in Dec of 2014. We have huge problems with this. Please do a forum search for: CEMR 9.8 Referral Orders Internal vs External Providers SR 1-521848493 SPR-59286 Last I knew GE had no intention of changing or fixing this.
That's basically what they are telling us also. With the Transition of Care this has become an issue. I will check to see if they are going to fix in SP12.
I thought they had updated them. We have the crystal reports with an update date of 2/5/2015 that have logic for both internal and external (we are on CPS).
I spoke to someone at GE yesterday and they state that SPR was fixed for CPS12. I told him we were still having the issue with CEMR 9.8.11 and he's checking if the fix will be in one of the patches that are coming out. Will keep you posted.

we have Patch 5 in testing and I don't see the fix. So he went back to see where the fix is.
We just installed SP12 for EMR 9.8. This issue still wasn't fixed. I have modified our reforder.rpt (GE added a field in the Orders table called "INTERNALSERVPROVID"). I've added a couple of links and some formula fields to get the name, address, and phone information whether the service provider is external or internal. I have done quite a bit of testing in our system and it is working. If anyone would like to look at it I'd be happy to share.
