Is anyone else experiencing many errors in ACM resulting in the TOC CCDA not being sent? Athenahealth has been troubleshooting the problem for 2 months and has a suspicion that ACM is receiving an incorrect OrderID causing the failure. If you look in the ACM error list (you can filter by Patient Chart) and should see "Unable to obtain the CCDA transition of care summary for patient {phi removed} and document {pid removed}"
They said we are only the second customer experiencing this issue, to their knowledge.

We also receive a TON of these messages. I have spoken with Surecripts NUMEROUS times, but they still keep coming.
I submitted a case on this error a month and a half ago and no one has gotten back to me about these errors. Thanks for the additional information! That makes three of us now 🙂
We are getting them as well. I contacted Surescripts directly and we are supposed to get on a webex and try to figure this out. After the last post, I am not feeling confident it will do any good. If by chance we do figure it out, I will update this post.
