Has anyone have an issue with the system User Timeout idle time not disconnecting user sessions after the set time?
I am experiencing that issue and also the monthly medispan update not alerting you that it is expired.
It seems to be pretty inconsistent for me personally. There have been times where I didn't log out on a Friday and came back on Monday with it still logged in. Other times where I unlock my screen after many hours and it is still logged in. Thankfully the screen saver lock worked since I do admin. I seem to be the only one with this problem, or people lie to me when I ask if they have seen this behavior. This goes back many versions, too. My settings are the same as everyone else's too. I spoke with various support engineers over the years about this and they all give out the same advice and do not offer that other customers also have the problem, even when I ask.
I can honestly say that it seems to work better in newer versions of CPS and I haven't seen it happen to me a quite a while.
The monthly medispan alert always works for me, along with the license count and any failed backups. Maybe for you the problem can be resolved by unchecking the "Main Menu-->Administration-->Administrative Security-->Show system warnings" , exit CPS, log back in and check that setting again to reaffirm the setting. That works for me sometimes.
