We have one encounter, that contains one custom form. When some users try to sign the note, they get the following error, but others do not get this error. Has anyone ever seen this ? I do not find any user restriction code in the form itself. Thanks.

Is this a sensitive patient? If so, then check the privileges for user kklotz. Our nurses and reception can't print clinical visit summary because they don't have privileges to export sensitive charts. Physicians can.
