Stumbled across this one. EMR 9.8.7. Users reported that when opening up the Orders module, the tabs for Custom List, Categories, Search and Order Details are not visible. We had this also happening in Service Pack 4 but it didn't come up again until today. Turns out that once you get enough Problems to make the Potential Diagnoses box have to draw a scroll bar, those tabs won't appear until you move your mouse over the area where they are supposed to be. I could duplicate this. If I had a patient with 10 or less problems, it all appeared fine. As soon as I added that 11th problem, the tabs would not draw when opening Orders. Sent an e-mail to support explaining this. Does this happen in your installation?

We experience this currently in EMR 9.8.6 & have noticed it in prior service packs as well.
Yes. Happens to us but have not associated it with the number of diagnosis. Good catch. Maybe this will help GE solve the issue. I guess after almost a year our providers are used to it. They have not reported recently.
We have had this problem since 9.8.3 which is what we upgraded to for 9.8. Interesting that you pointed out it was related to the number of problems, I thought it was a refresh issue. Clicking around I can bring back the tabs. Have you opened a ticket yet? Please let us know what the number is and I will ask to be added. I thought I opened a case early on, but I don't see it as one of my many tickets.
