We have a problem with text translation 'disappearing' when a document is on-hold. This problem started after installed SP11.
When the update is open, the information is visible in the forms and visible in the text translation within the update, as well as obs terms are populated; but the text translation is intermittently not visible for a couple forms when viewing the document outside an update. The translation will often become visible if you open up the form and then put it on hold again. Similarly, however, it can also 'disappear' again by opening up the update and putting it on hold.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I reported it to GE over a week ago but not heard from anyone yet.
We have the same problem, since SP11. I don't have any info on a fix or work around.
What forms are you using? We are using CCC CQIC - not GE's CCC forms. I suspect the problem isn't the forms so just want to know what forms others out there who have this problem are using.
There is another discussion going with the same thing: we are seeing vital sign obs terms and patient instruction obs terms disappearing randomly. https://centricityusers.com/forum/vital-signs-disapear-from-the-forms/ . We are on GE CCC and not CCC CQIC. looks to be a GE problem.
We use GE CCC and several of our own VFE forms. We are seeing it in both types of forms.
We are having a host of problems since sp 11. Text translation among them but really not a priority since we are crashing every other patient and opening an update can take up to 45 seconds.
We are escalating the problems through support chain.
Several low totem "engineers" have suggested our custom forms are to blame. I firmly do not believe the forms are even an issue. Most of our forms are not complicated programatically. Really just data entry with super buttons (setvalue type with clicks) A few watcher statements and a few if then statements. Nothing like ccc no external file calls ect.
I will keep you all posted as we try to fix our problems.

Yes, we are having this issue with our custom Vitals/Intake form and our custom Labs In-House form. I recently had a user try removing the Vitals/Intake form from the Visit and the add it back into the Visit and the user confirmed that everything was working fine.
So we are having our users try this to see if this is a decent workaround until GE gets the issue fixed.
Is anyone getting any errors or crashing when the document is put On Hold or Signed?
I saw that post and it sounds related but a little different than the problem we are having. So far anyway I haven't see an example where the obs terms disappear but rather just the text translation. Thankfully the data is still in the obs terms, but just intermittently not showing in the note ... only when it is on hold though. Perhaps it is the same problem but just described differently.
Sorry if I am missing it on this thread, but what version of CCC and Basic is this occurring in? We are seeing it in SP11 CCC9.1 and 1.1 basic. I keep being advised to install 1.4 but have not heard if there are still issues with text missing in specific versions of forms
From the posts, this problem isn't related to specific versions of the forms. The organizations I work with are using CCC CQIC (similar to GE's CCC forms but different). Other people who have posted said they are using GE's CCC forms (not sure on the versions) and/or using custom VFE forms and experiencing the same problem.
With this information, I really don't think this is a form problem but rather a Centricity application defect.
" To much data, try again" when putting a document on hold is randomly occurring in our environment. GE asked me to turn on logs tracking to try and capture
GE was able to recreate the problem in our database, and they know it is an issue now with SP11. SPR 65495.
Thanks for the information.
and it does not matter what version of CCC, version of Basic, or CQIC, or VFE forms you are on. Its a database issue.
