Has anyone had any recent issues with their ticket statuses changing to Filed-Primary when the last action taken on the ticket it was set as Hold in Progress? We have had current situations of co pay or deposit payments being posted and the tickets will be set to Hold in progress. We have validated after the tickets are worked they still show Hold in progress but at some point are updating to a Filed-Primary status without user intervention. Is there a configuration somewhere we are missing that is causing it?
