Have an odd issue that we've been trying to work with GE support on but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this issue. We have one user who keeps getting the error "Unable to Start the Print Job - TerPrint" while in CHART. They will be working like normal then all of sudden can't print from CHART without that error, but still able to print in PM side. After a bit, CHART side printing will start working again. Anyone seen this before?

Uninstall the printer and reinstall it. Yes, we have this intermittent issue running citrix.

It follows the user to multiple machines under different Windows logins - only her CPS account

I would rebuild her profile then... must be something corrupt with her log in.
