We are a pediatric medical practice affiliated with a hospital that hosts GE EMR. We use ScandAllPro as the scanning application, Document Manager live to import PT documents into their EMR chart.
Our Medical Records Department has two users with their own W10 desktops which are up to date with driver and W10 updates. We use Citrix receiver v4.12 to connect to the hospitals environment.
These users often find Document management freezes up and they have to log out of EMR when possible and Citrix, sometimes using the "Connection center" in Citrix.
The error message states, "Unable to perform query due to an error".
Any Ideas?
