I have a user who gets an unsupported browser error in the patient portal. This does not happen all the time. It is an intermittent issue. It works fine for about 4 to 5 days then they get the error. Then it work again. The user has the same config settings as the other users in the office.

One of our users got this message the other day. I reached out to SureScripts asking about browser compatibility. I was told that Enabling Cookies and adding the website to Trusted Sites is recommended.
