We have one user who is plagued with the below error. She gets this when going to the Appointments tab within a patient's Registration. Anyone else seen this and/or have a solution we could try?

we get the same type of error from one user all the time. Unfortunately, I do not have much to offer in terms of a solution. We have opened tickets with GE with no resolution.
If this is happening for only one user i would suggest looking at clearing out the user preferences and the UI layout for that user. From time to time even though GE is saying those issue have been "fixed" a direct SQL edit to clear out those tables for a user seems to solve the crashing issues.
We get this same error for multiple users in multiple situations. Would be very interested if someone can figure out the cause or the solution.
GE Tech got back to me today on our SR for this issue. He admitted to having several reports from customers, but no idea of solution. That it was being worked on but no ETA on fix. He also confirmed that this was happening in CPS 12.2 as well. He said that he's heard the cause is the use of the quick-launch icons in modules that trigger other modules to open. He's heard others suggest having user's preference set to auto-open chart module and keep it open, that it may help.
