Hello,
I wanted to reach out and pose an issue that my team has been facing within CEMR. After upgrading to CEMR 9.12.1, our users are running into warning dialog boxes at an alarmingly frequent rate. When a user signs a document, they receive an 'OK to Sign' warning dialog box.
Normally, checking 'Don't show me this message again' box will keep this message at bay moving forward. However, in our EMR environment the preference value for the DismissDialog preference is being reset in the database. This same problem seems to occur with the 'OK to remove the Flag' preference.
The end result is persistent warning messages that just continue to appear. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone have some suggestions as to what may have worked in your environment? Please feel free to respond. Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

We are on 9.12.2 and do not have that issue, so maybe that's one of the many items that were fixed in service pack 2.
