Any other organization experiencing issues where more than 1 user in a chart will cause unresponsiveness and result in corruption in the chart?
Scenario:
Patient in is for an appointment. MA is in with patient in the exam room and charts information. Provider follows to see patient, logs into chart, and is charting as they examine the patient. While MA pulls the same patient chart at their office workstation to complete charting. One of the 2 will experience unresponsiveness or both.

We have been using CPS (athena Practice) since 2012 and we have never been able to have 2 people in the chart at the same time.
