Hello all,
I'm currently looking at a new add-on for our EMR (CPS) to assist with managing referrals. Has anyone had experience with this particular application and if so, any issues or concerns? Positive feedback as well?

We don't use Visulutions for referrals, but just about everything else.
They do a good product and they have excellent support. Honestly you can't go wrong with them from a functionality and support standpoint.

I agree with Joshua, we have them for our Centricity integrated Dental software, we also have their CHC Registration, Billing add-ins, and their reporting piece for things like UDS. We have always had good experience with their support, even when things were more Centricity related and not Visualutions related. When I was still fairly new to our company, we even paid Visualutions support to upgrade us from CPS9.5 to CPS11.0, because they had a cheaper quote for the upgrade and we trusted them to do it and it went real smoothly. We have had very little issues or requested changes to their products.

Hold on a Minute! You can pay Visulutions to update CPS for you!!? i wish we had known that earlier! Oh well, now I'm the "expert" and do the upgrades!
I have to say If you do request an enhancement or feature, they are typically very responsive and will work with you to do so.
