We are experiencing issue where it does not happens all the time but when it does, the weight changed to the previous patient's weight while entering vitals. This will proceed to the next patient so on so forth until the session is logoff. We restarted the servers and clean out the temp files but that doesn't seem to work.

Did anyone ever find a resolution or cause for this? I believe we may be seeing this issue as well. We use Vital Signs-CCC and are also on 12.3.2.
