We're on 12.3.2. This doesn't happen every day, maybe once every couple of weeks. MA enters vitals and puts the visit on hold. When she puts it on hold, the weight she entered changes to the weight of a patient she saw earlier. This continues to happen with every patient afterward. If she logs out and logs back in, then it stops. Anyone else experiencing this or know if this is another "known" issue from SP2?

How is the weight being captured into CPS? Are you using a CCC form, CQIC form or other data entry? I have not heard of this in 12.3.2.

we are on cps 12.3.2, and experiencing similar issue. It does not happen always but it does happens randomly. I 'm still investigating but so far numerous users have reported that the weight changed and when i checked the contribution list, it shows the user changed the weight but they did not. At least not directly. I believed it's something else that is triggering this change. Not sure what yet.

Did anyone ever find a resolution or cause for this? I believe we may be seeing this issue as well. We use Vital Signs-CCC and are also on 12.3.2.
