Hello,
Recent a couple of our providers have had issues with windows inside of CPS resizing while they are using forms during a visit. Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions?

Yes, we are experiencing the same issue with some of our providers. GE told us that this is another "known issue" but didn't provide any work around. The SPR ID they provided is CISDB00061599.

Just wondering if this is happening after generating a clinical visit summary? Some of our providers print the CVS before end of visit causing random window resizing and cursor moving to other parts of the form or application crashes. We are on SP6 with the patch for the CVS fix (to prevent CVS from generating and landing on the wrong patient).

Only one of our providers experienced this issue. It would happen in the CCCv9 form. I suggested that he go into his workstation settings, check and then uncheck the "reset window sizes" box.
Not sure if it worked, but haven't heard from him since...
