We are experiencing a problem where no immunizations are appearing for us when we try to add a new one in administration. Normally you'd have a list NDC numbers available and pick the appropriate one.
Support advised to install/reinstall the latest Knowledgebase update and restart JBOSS. I was wondering if anyone know where JBOSS loads/stores this list and if there is anyway to look for errors/issues with it. Would really like to determine the true root cause in case it ever happened again, if we could fix without having to cycle JBOSS it would be ideal.
The error added to our log when a user tries to add the immunization in Administration is shown below.

Is it any particular vaccine groups or is it random? Can you try later to add a new vaccine to the same vaccine group and there is a list available?
