The chart note of course has implicit new lines in it which normally don't show up, but sometimes I am seeing
"backslashnTEXTbackslashn"
It appears to still be doing the new lines as it should but I have never seen this before, and unfortunately it doesn't always appear with that form even when the same TEXT is entered. Has anyone seen this before?

Any chance there are any curly braces or other strange characters in fields before that one? It sounds like there is a strange character(s) that is throwing off the code processing so those \n's are being treated as text rather than RTF formatting.

It doesn't seem like...it somehow is still doing the new lines as far as I can tell based on the provider's snapshot of the problem. But again, I haven't duplicated the problem myself; the provider says it only happens sometimes
