I am new to Centricity so apologies in advance if this is a newbie question. My primary position is to support Center Health Care users in their use of Centricity CPS. I have a single user whose computer freezes 0-4 x /day at the exact same place when checking in a patient. The computer freezes when she clicks on the patient on the schedule and then clicks the yellow icon (modify patient information) in the tool bar. She has to log out. She is not running any unnecessary applications. The freezes occur at different times in the day. Her CPU was replaced a couple weeks ago to no avail. She works in an area with three other people doing the same task. Our hosting company is looking into logs but hasn't found any red flags yet. Also hosting company replaced her profile also to no avail.
Has anyone heard of this, experienced this? Any thoughts will be appreciated.
Since you mention hosting company, I assume this is a RDP environment.
Do you receive any error indications/messages?

Our users connect through Citrix. She does not receive any error message.
If its happening on the schedule screen make sure she is not in full screen. If you are in full screen and the patient's chart that you are trying to enter has a popup the screen with appear to be frozen. If you go back to the main CPS screen and click the Chart Button it should flip you to the patient's chart you were trying to open, and more than likely be staring at pop-up message. Curious to know if this was the issue.
What happens when you try to access one of these patients from the chart desktop? When Centricity freezes, does it just hang forever until you click? Is the error a Windows error (AppHang1, something with CPOPM08 and KERNELBASE.dll)?
We just upgraded to 12.2.2 and are having the same problem! I found two old threads about this on CHUG and brought them back from the dead.

We have been struggling to solve this problem ourselves, and I want to make sure that everyone who is having this problem knows the conversations that may offer a solution.
One of the above threads recommends rolling back to an older version of .NET, but that won't work for us, as that version isn't compatible with Document Manager.
We did run regbin (C:\Program Files (x86)\Centricity Practice Solution\Client\regbin) in the command line (as an administrator) and managed to get past the freeze on one term server, but couldn't replicate it on another.
Our current workaround is to have a provider go to the chart of a test patient that we know works. Then they can go to any patient they like without encountering the freeze again. We have tickets open with our VAT and they have pushed to GE, but no actual solution has been found so far.
