so much to do, so little time. Anyone have a firm grasp on the SOP process. I have attended and re-watched the webinars and am still a bit confused. We have to add Medicare FFS to all Traditional Medicare plans, send to CQR, set measurements, recalculate, review. Then add SOP to other carriers. My confusion is do we only have to add to the Medicare replacements, or all carriers. We have many, many carriers and the deadline is Saturday.
Same here. Followed instructions for FFS, completed in CPS. Followed instructions for Inquiry report to export to GE. Refreshed CQR this morning & only 20- something patients are listed in the reports, which is incorrect. I am going to refresh again in the morning to see if the numbers change. I also did not understand how do we select the 9 quality measures we want to send. They left that portion out of the webinar and the instructions unless I am not looking in the correct place!
Ditto, lots of confusion here as well. GE just sent out a new update to this process last night, so make sure you check that out. We are starting the process over to make sure we have not missed anything, but it is frustrating as time is running short.

GE just posted PQRS 2014: Transmission of Source of Payment Data to CQR PDF on portal. You need to read this! They did not go over this before in the webinar!
Did anyone else attends today's SOP webinar? That was the most bizarre one I think I have ever attended. After being 18 minutes late to start, they began by apologizing for being late but explained the reason why they were late was to make sure they told us the correct information. Then Don S. gave a brief summary of the issue with SOP's and whether or not defining them into 1 of 4 buckets (Medicare FFS, Medicaid, Private and Other) was good enough specificity or not - and then when I thought they were to the part where they would tell us yes or no on the 4 bucket approach they said "looking forward to talking to everyone on Monday" and then hung up.
What? No answers, no discussion about the deadlines. I thought the deadline to have all the PQRS measures selected by 1/31/15 (i.e. tomorrow). If the deadline is tomorrow how can they wait until next Monday to tell us the correct SOP configurations?
I am so confused on this years process for CQR PQRS reporting it is not funny - can anyone shed any light to help me understand what is going on??? Was the deadline really 1/31/15?
I agree, the webinar today was bizarre to say the least. It does not give the impression they know what is going on with their own system, and therefore can't give us an information.
The deadline has been moved back one week, they did release that earlier this week. I guess we will wait until Monday and hope they have a useful webinar.

I agree, very odd. I did think the clarification on SOP was good, I finally think I understand..I think. Most important part is the Medicare. Just follow the most recent instructions. I think they don't want to say anything until they are sure since the 12/11 webinar info had to be changed, they are even more hesitant.
Deadline is 2/6. But I have some measures I had numbers on in November, then lost 2, and have another one I just lost this week. I found out the guidelines for measures changed- thanks CMS but am not fully clear on when they were changed or which ones it affected. I have been working with GE and continue to find things I need to tweak. GE is struggling with CMS guidelines too, in my opinion. I even think I found a few glitches too. My head bruised from hitting it on the wall 🙂
