We use Biscom and currenlty need to be able when doing referrals to attach fax cover, insurance cards as well as Medical documents to the sheet for referral when sending. I would like to know how other Centricity users are completing referral?

We use PDF creator to combine multiple documents into 1 pdf and then fax trhu Biscom.

We use a similar workflow as 'clinkinhoker' states above. Summit Software offers a product that allows multiple faxing of documents (I believe), and InDxLogic used to have an integrated option, too. However for us, price has been the deciding factor to keep our more manual workflows.

Thank you the cost is a factor we can send and batch with Biscom but cant access documents within the DM (Registration) on the document server are access documents only emr

PDF creator is free software: http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator
It will add "PDF creator" as a printer option
We just choose PDF creator as the printer and can print multiple documents. Once all the documents are printed there is a merge button to combine the documents. You then save and print to Biscom to fax as 1 document.
