Hello,
I am being asked "providers are asking if the L&I Activity Prescription Form could be added as a form into Centricity. Ideally, they want it to be fillable. ". I informed them they can fill the form out right on the website but they don't want to have to leave the form.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Not being from Washington I was unsure what you meant by the 'L&I Activity Prescription Form'. Is this what you mean?

If that's the case, you might be able to use Logical Innovations visual signature capture product to build this paper form in the EMR and have the fields pull from a form. I've never built any content with visual signature capture but I saw a demo with one of our practices and it seems like it might be the right tool for this task. Hopefully others can verify that for you. Good luck.
