Is it possible to add an allergy for something like acetaminophen without having to drill down to a specific medication?

You can add it but you will not be able to check for adverse reactions

So there's no way to enter an allergy for penicillin without choosing a particular NDC?
There are allergies in our custom lists that are not mapped to a specific NDC code, but are still coded. I don't know how these were created. Perhaps its a capability that no longer exists?
