I am sure that this has been asked before, however since I cannot find anything when I search. I will ask anyway.
When I go into Adminstration/System/Visit Status - why can I not add an additional status. I would like to add "In a payment Plan" as a status and all my buttons are grayed out.
Any light you can shed would be useful.

Mine too for some reason. I glanced through security, but didn't find a permission that directly ties to editing visit status. I'm sure it's there. I don't have time to look further for it at the moment.
