We use a 3rd party clearinghouse that integrates with Centricity and they have reported that Aetna's ERA file is changing the order of our CPT codes from the original claim resulting in a failed autoposting of the 835 file.
Example: Claim has 97530, 97110 & 97140 and 835 file returns the codes in a descending numerical order, 97530, 97140 & 97110 causing the file to fail & generate a SQL error.
Is there a fix or workaround solution other than manually posting the payments? The Clearinghouse is reaching out to Aetna to fix the issue but it might take a while.
