for some reason CPS is not pulling AD creditientials into the CPS. Do anyone know what is happening? we rebooted Application server but no help.

Try going into server setup on the app server and then to Utilities and to Security. Make sure the username/credentials you supply for active directory work. Maybe the account that was being used got disabled or removed or something? Just supply it with an account that can read AD.

I am not sure why my question was not posted on Tuesday when I needed some help.
Also, I just got the reply that was posted by Matthew yesterday.
The reason my users lost their credentials in CPS was my IT team moved them to Organizational unit from user container in AD. CPS only looks in user container.
