I just talked to GE they are waiting to hear back from Truven. So apparently it is everyone.

Our GE rep said that it is a Truven issue that they are working to resolve, but I can search the Truven CareNotes directory without any issue through my web browser...

Ours is back up, have not heard form GE yet.... that will be tomorrow; maybe.
