Receiving a "Navigation to Page was Cancelled" message when attempting to access patient education. It might be a JBOSS/JMX issue on our side, but if other's are experiencing the same then it's on GE.
Yes! We are seeing it too. I was just on the GE site looking to see if they posted anything about the site being down. Couldn't find anything.

I guess that two week extension Truven gave to GE on their bill is up!

I started a Service Request on this issue in regard to the Clinical Decision Support lookup. For any ICD-10 problem it points us to Cystic Fibrosis. We are an orthopedic practice and I do not think all of our lookups would be Cystic Fibrosis. GE has sent me to Truven because they say it is on the Truven side. It has been 2 days and I have not heard back yet.

We are seeing this issue as well . I am on the phone with GE now and they are setting up a case to notify Truven.
Yes, we are seeing it too. Contacted our VAR and was told that GE is working on it.
I hope it isn't 24 hours after it is back up before I get notification again this time.
I sent in an enhancement request for a central location were we " the middle man" can look to see if there is an issue and also see the progress or resolution. Not a different one for every application, just a central spot.
Yes I am having this issue also.
We are also seeing this error message.
We got word from GE it was back up at 5 PM EST yesterday. I just checked and ours is working again.
